"Return process took longer than I expected"
The shoes didn’t fit, so I started a return on sperry.com. Maybe I missed something, but the steps felt a little confusing to me, and the return label took longer to show up than I thought it would.
After I shipped them back, I wasn’t really sure what was happening because there weren’t many updates. The refund did eventually come through, so maybe I’m just being impatient, but it felt like a drawn-out process and was kind of annoying.

"Not really worth what I paid"
I ordered a pair from sperry.com because I figured the higher price meant they’d hold up for a while. They looked great at first, but after just a few weeks they started showing wear way faster than I expected.
For the cost, I was hoping for better quality and a quicker response when I reached out about it. It kind of feels like I paid more for the brand name than the actual shoes, so I don’t think I’d buy them again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from sperry.com and the whole delivery experience was frustrating. The estimated delivery date kept changing, the tracking barely updated, and customer service didn’t really give me any useful answers. The package finally showed up way later than I needed it, so the shoes were basically useless for the occasion I bought them for. I also couldn’t help wondering if there were some extra fees or charges being baked in somewhere, because the whole checkout and shipping situation didn’t feel very clear. i don’t think I’ll order from them again

"Felt like I was getting the runaround"
I reached out for warranty support thinking it would be straightforward, but it ended up going nowhere. I’m still stuck with a pair of broken shoes, and it made me worry I was being fooled into thinking the warranty actually meant something. Really frustrating experience

"Somehow the soles have zero grip"
I bought these Sperrys thinking they’d be decent, especially for the price, but the soles are way too slippery. I’m totally calm about nearly ice-skating across slightly wet pavement, of course, but it wasn’t great. I expected a lot better grip from these. Definitely won’t be buying them again.

I took these out for one short walk and my feet were already soaked by the time I got back. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “they’re water resistant, not fully waterproof,” which I get, but I still expected them to hold up better than that.

The shoes themselves showed up in good shape, so no real issue there. But the box was completely crushed when it arrived, like it had been through a rough trip. Not a dealbreaker for me since the shoes were okay, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better

"Checkout was frustrating and felt a little shady"
I had a hard time using the site, especially when I got to checkout. It kept glitching or messing up, and I had to keep going back to fix things. it also made me a bit suspicious that some extra fee was going to show up at the end because the process wasn’t very clear. Not a great experience

I ordered a pair from Sperry, and honestly... they looked a lot better in the pictures. Once I got them, the style felt kind of old-looking and bulky, and the color was just dull. I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but they really weren’t my taste at all. I probably won’t order again

"Got the wrong Sperrys"
I ordered brown Sperrys in a size 9, but the pair that showed up was a completely different color and the wrong size. The weird part is the packing slip had my order correct, so I’m not sure where things went wrong. I’ve ordered shoes online plenty of times before and usually don’t have issues like this, so it was frustrating. Now I have to go through the return process and wait all over again, which is annoying for something that should’ve been simple...

"Wanted to love them, but the break-in is rough"
I’ve been loyal to this brand for a while, so I really wanted these to work out. But they still hurt even after a few weeks of wearing them. I expected some break-in time, sure, but not this much. Kind of disappointing because I usually trust this brand and don’t want to switch, but these just haven’t been comfortable for me

"Just not comfortable for me"
I bought a pair from sperry.com and was really hoping they’d work out, but they started hurting my feet after just a short walk. The back rubbed badly, and the sole felt way too hard — not exactly what you want when you’re just trying to wear them around casually. I kept thinking they’d break in after a bit, but that never really happened. Maybe they work for other people, but for me, they just weren’t comfortable and I wouldn’t buy them again.

"Material feels cheaper than it used to"
I’ve bought Sperry shoes before and always had good luck with them, so I was excited for this pair. But after waiting longer than I expected for them to arrive, it was frustrating to open the box and realize the material felt thinner and stiffer than the older ones I had.

After just a few wears, the edges already started looking a little rough. They still look decent from a distance, but up close they don’t feel like the same quality, and for the price I expected better.

"Cute shoes, but my feet paid for it"
I bought these hoping they’d be an easy, comfortable pair to wear around, but the arch support just isn’t there. After one afternoon, my feet were genuinely aching. It reminded me that “cute” only goes so far if you’re uncomfortable the whole time. Disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Sperry again.

"Still waiting for my refund to come through"
I sent the shoes back a few weeks ago, and I’m still not seeing the refund show up in my account. I know these things can take a little time, and I wasn’t expecting it to be instant or anything, but at this point it feels like it’s been longer than it should. The return was already dropped off and should’ve been processed by now, so I keep checking my bank just to make sure I’m not missing it, but nothing has come through yet. Kind of frustrating because I did my part and now I’m just waiting without much update.

"Customer service left me a little disappointed"
I ordered from sperry.com and ran into a sizing issue, so I reached out to customer service thinking it would be a simple fix.
It took longer than I expected to hear back, and when they finally replied, it seemed like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I ended up having to explain the same issue twice, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

The shoes themselves are fine, so it wasn’t a total loss, but the experience reminded me how much good support matters when something goes wrong. It wasn’t the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, but I definitely expected better.
